I had samsung when I was in India. It was really suited for Indian cooking. It came with a lot of accesories like Indian microwave cookbooks idli stand, dhokla stand, lots of glass and tupperware containers to make Indian dishes since Indian dishes need a lot of heat and cooking. It also has buttons marked with Indian dishes like Biryani, Idli, sabzi, kheer etc…so u dont have to worry abt heating minutes for each.
It was pretty resaonble as we bought it around diwali. I do not remember the exact but it was cheaper than LG and some others.
In Mumbai they also give a free Tarla dalal cooking lesson with it and it was very useful…they showed how to make pizzas, upma, halwa, kheer etc….
Most of the times people buy microwaves in India and land up never using it…u should really get used to using it for every purpose other than just reheating even if its hard in the beginning! I highly recommend Samsung.
